Hi,

I've a new member having problems registering. He can access register.php but he's continually blocked from submitting the registration. In the Protector module I see his is flagged as antispam and blocked. I removed those entries one day ago and he comes back and is added right back to the flagged list. I went in to add his account to the Protector list of permitted IPs and then I myself have my IP blocked from administration of the site.

How can I manually remove this block and how can I figure out why his account cannot register?

Thanks BA

This is a follow up to my post. In Protector you can specify what IP numbers allow admin to login from. This data is in the protected dir named like configs/group1ips*. You only need to remove the files in this directory and you can then login as admin from anywhere.
